DESCRIPTION

4 Rwanda Stamps from 1970 Celebrating the Tokyo Expo

First off, let me say that I know nothing about stamps. I know nothing about the grading or standards used in stamp collecting. I am selling these stamps for a friend who got them as a bequest. In this auction you will get the 4 stamps as portrayed in the accompanying photo. I believe these stamps to be a complete set.

These stamps are not cancelled, and appear to have the original gum on the back. They have never been hinged.

NOTE: International Money Orders and cashiers checks accepted. U.S. Postal Service money orders accepted, but they must say international on them.
