DESCRIPTION
This is a long envelope cachet First Day of Issue for LOUISIANA PURCHASE 1803-1953. It has a four block of 3c stamps. It is postmarked Saint Louis, MO., Apr 30, 1953. It has a PERMANENT REGISTRATION stamp on the back. The flap is stuck to the inside of the envelope.
