DESCRIPTION
This is a business size envelope First Day of Issue with cachet of FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT MEMORIAL. It has 3c block and a 13c Special Delivery Stamp. It is postmarked WASHINGTON, D.C., JUN. 27, 1945. On the back it is postmarked KANSAS CITY MO. REC'D., JUN 30, 1945. Also on back is a stamp of PERMANENT REGISTRATION: SERIES NO. ES, SET NO. 208, COVER NO. 14, COLLECTOR'S SURPLUS. The flap of the envelope is stuck to the inside of the envelope.
