This a business size envelope First Day of Issue with cachet of MISSISSIPPI. It has 3c block. It is postmarked NATCHIZ, MISS., APR. 7, 1948. On back is a stamp of PERMANENT REGISTRATION: SERIES, SET NO. 524, COVER NO. 23, COLLECTOR'S SURPLUS. The flap of the envelope is stuck to the inside of the envelope.
