This is a GOLD LEGENDS card #GL4 of HONUS WAGNER, 1995 license by Curtis Management Group, Indianapolis, IN, sealed in a hard plastic holder with a brass screw at each corner. The Serial Number is 029118. There is scuffing on the plastic holder.
