Return Policy: Buyer must inspect products on receipt and notify r.cresawn@yahoo.com. If the product appears to have been damaged during shipment make delivery driver aware of the damage immediately. If product is defective , we need to know within (3) three days of your receiving the product. Any returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization before item is returned. We will refuse any product not having proper return approval. To obtain a RMA email r.cresawn@yahoo.com . All returns will be returned in the original packaging material, with all documentation, warranty cards, and parts furnished by the manufacturer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Due manufacturer’s return policy Software, Retail boxed Processors and Blank Media cannot be returned.
